Booking conditions

For bookings made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the booked services must be paid. The balance of your stay must be paid 30 days before your arrival date. Failing this, and after reminder by email/phone, the stay will be cancelled.

For bookings made less than 30 days before the start of the stay, full payment of the stay must be made at the time of booking by credit card. The campsite reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Stays will be invoiced based on the rates in force on the day of booking, subject to availability. It is recommended to check the applicable rate by contacting the campsite directly. Offers and promotions are not retroactive and cannot be combined. The price includes: applicable VAT, rental of a fully equipped mobile home (excluding bed linen), utilities, free access to the swimming pool (reserved for campsite guests), and access to the services and facilities provided by the campsite.

Cancellation of stay

In the event of cancellation, interruption, or postponed arrival, regardless of the reason, the tenant will be required to pay the full balance of the booking and no refund will be granted.

You may take out optional cancellation insurance, payable as an extra charge (3% of the rental amount), at the same time as the deposit.

If you take out the optional cancellation insurance, you are guaranteed:

  • reimbursement of sums paid, excluding cancellation insurance;
  • pro rata reimbursement of the planned rental period, excluding cancellation insurance and cleaning fees, if you must leave the accommodation before the end of your stay.

The guarantee applies if the impediment affects the client, their spouse, the persons named on the rental contract, their ascendants, descendants, or close family members, and is caused by one of the following events only:

  • death, an illness unknown at the time of booking, or a bodily accident occurring after booking;
  • an administrative, judicial, or military summons;
  • a justified impediment due to dismissal or transfer of the client or their spouse.
    You have a period of 10 days from the cancellation date to send us supporting documentation.

Pets

Pets must be vaccinated and tattooed. They must be kept on a leash. They are not allowed in playgrounds or the pool area. First- and second-category dogs are prohibited.

Arrivals / departures

Rentals are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated clean before 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Rental deposit

A deposit of €200 (not cashed) will be required upon arrival. It will be destroyed the day after your departure following the return of the keys and deduction of any damages, or the standard cleaning fee (€80) if the accommodation is not returned in a clean condition.

Internal regulations

You will be asked to comply with them. For everyone’s enjoyment, please respect the peace and quiet of your neighbors during your stay. Upon arrival, wristbands will be given to you to be worn throughout your stay to ensure your safety and guarantee exclusive access to the swimming pools, entertainment, and sports activities. The swimming pool is strictly reserved for campsite guests. Please comply with the hygiene and safety rules displayed at the pool entrance. Long swim shorts, T-shirts, and burkinis are prohibited in the pools. Visitors: see acceptance conditions at reception.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax is set by the Municipality, which reserves the right to modify the amount.

Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute between the parties, the courts of Perpignan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
